Climbing stairs and trying marshmellows

Ryan was working on his homework and Maya crawled to the tiles.  Normally she will bang on the tiles with a toy or crawl down the hall, so Ryan wasn't really concerned.  He got up, walked in to see her and she was halfway up the stairs!  He brought her back down, and as soon as she was set down, she was off towards the stairs again.

Maya has had a cold all week and started coughing last night.  We are going to take her in tomorrow.  She has had such rosy cheeks, runny nose, cough, etc. but it does not slow her down at all!  She is just as busy as ever, with a little rest in between adventures.  She will just lay down on the floor for a minute or two, and then she is off to the next thing.

Ryan made me hot chocolate and Maya wanted some so bad. So we let her try the marshmallow.  She did not like it.  Such a funny kid!
